Our fulfillment partner collaborates with a network of well-respected delivery companies. Every day, they collect orders in bulk from their warehouses. This streamlined approach helps us cut down on potential delays, promptly getting your furniture on the road to you.


We understand the significance of timely delivery to you. When the furniture you've ordered is in available stock, you can expect to receive it within 2-3 business days. This ensures that you can start enjoying your new furniture pieces without undue delay.
However, if the stock is unavailable, we'll promptly initiate the manufacturing process. You can anticipate that the furniture will be manufactured and delivered to you within 2-3 months.

We charge a fee of £25 plus VAT on order under £250.

Any orders over £250 plus VAT are eligible for FREE UK Delivery. 

 

Returns Policy

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to start the return process for either a refund or an exchange. For your return to be eligible, the furniture must be unused and in its original packaging, just as it was when you received it.

Exclusions

Please be aware that items that have been accidentally damaged cannot be returned. We encourage you to handle our products with care to prevent any accidental damage.

Damaged During Delivery

If, unfortunately, your furniture arrives damaged during delivery, we're here to assist. Kindly provide clear image proof of the damaged item within the 28-day return window. Once we have sufficient evidence, we'll either issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
